Vim 7.3 installation requires a tweak in lfs.xsl

Fixed in r3533, I've set the default setting for the vim-lang package to 
no, cannot remove the above lines due to support of multiple books.
This is also easily changed, by deselecting the option to Install the 
vim-lang package under the Build Settings menu.
