Jhalfs not logging non-root Coreutils tests

I've forced a rebuild of coreutils by removing the /jhalfs/081-coreutils 
marker and confirmed that adding 'chmod 666 test-logs/081-coreutils' is 
enough to get the tests logged correctly.
