nALFS libxml2 version requirement (was nALFS 1.2.3 won't compile..)

Ok, then let's roll 1.2.4 with a fresh SD only and then if the need 
arises a 1.2.5 or something later.  I see your point on the limiting 
downloads of 1.2.3
