However, technically this is not true, in XML and element and an 
attribute are not the same thing. I think it's OK to have the 
documentation written this way, but it is a little unclear to a new XML 
user what the difference between them is. Realistically this "base" page 
should not refer to it usage as an attribute at all, but since it's so 
common and there's no "Attributes" chapter of the book it should stay 
this way for now.

The {stage} example on this page still has the incorrect {environment} 
syntax. {environment} only accepts {variable} element children, not raw 
content.
