Parsing the LFS book as a profile

Mornin',

On 03.12.2004, Daniel Baumann created this extraordinary piece of modern literature:
>parallelcompiling, crosscompiling, distributedcompiling...

Paralell-compiling is probably possible. Most of the time it's just
adding -jN to make, isnt it?

Cross-compiling needs other instructions and will therefore not work
with the book. You will have to create an external profile for that, but
we've discussed having a override mechanism which would make it possible
to alter parts of the book transparently (it's not a fully developed
idea, yet, so don't ask specific questions :) ).

Distributed-compiling doesnt alter the instructions afaik, so it should
be possible, I'd also like to see that.

The BookAsProfile is intended to be an additional syntax not a
replacement for the current or other possible syntaxes (moongoo supports
4 syntaxes ATM, one of them the old nALFS syntax).

Regards,
