/etc/issue suggestion

I always seam to be flipping between computers and eventualy run into a
freshly rebuilt LFS box that stares at me blankly asking for a login. Can
we have ALFS generate /etc/issue so that it reports some stats like LFS
build version? Ive included a diff to SVN-20040730 as an example.

I know, this strays from the book, and probably wont be looked at, but
then again, BLFS will over write this file anyway, and none will be much
the wiser. ;)
