Did you create an lcms handler in the "handlers" directory? You just
made lcms it's own object, rather than define it as a package, thus
handled by the package handler.

Get rid of <lcms version="0.1"> and </lcms> and change <package> to
<package name="lcms version="0.1">

Note that we don't create seperate handlers for any other package. All
LFS packages are dealt with through the <package> tag.
